Looking for candidate with Reference System Engineer.
Responsibilities
Sensors/Hardware integration experience in Vehicle
Understanding of standard communication protocols (UART, Ethernet, I2C, …)
Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic circuits
Fluency in (technical) English language (most of the daily communication is in English)
Proactive learning approach: is able to research and teach oneself if knowledge in an area is insufficient, finds resources and masters new subjects without supervisory action
Ability to travel to other Valeo and customer sites (worldwide, 4-8 weeks in a year)
A valid driver's license
Experience with Camera, LiDAR, GPS, dGNSS, INS
Knowledge of Simultaneous Localisation And Mapping (SLAM)
Basic experience with Python or similar coding\scripting languages
Experience in automotive development is an advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Master's degree (MSc) in Physics, Electronics, or an equivalent discipline or Electronic Engineering
