Is responsible of the quality convergence for all the components on his scope. • Manage the supplier for component conformity convergence (Product and process convergence) in order to reach the quality target for each milestone. • Manage weekly the suppliers on APQP/PPAP filling, LUDF defect solving, Measure report and conformity KPI, Parts delivery. • Pilot the application of measurement and control process and qualify the defect highlighted by assembly team and project quality team • Pilot defect regression by suppliers and define for its perimeter the forecast of defect regression curve • Realize geometrical and conformity audit in supplier plant • Confirm with assembly team leader and suppliers the assembly process for each part • validate the quality level deviations submitted by suppliers • Manage the transformation of PCP project to PCP series • Ensure the handover with serial life teams by preparing all needed documents • Anticipate any deviation of schedule or results, alert in case of risk (performance, homologation, schedule) which can endanger the project plan, • Realize the daily report of the status to SQE, alert in case of blocking point out of perimeter, ask for support for problem solving

Bachelors in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
