The Vehicle Assembly Engineering or Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing all engineering activities related to vehicle assembly operations. This role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality assembly processes while driving continuous improvement and supporting new model launches.

1. Act as a technical expert to the vehicle launch team 
2. Define and validate the dimensional strategy and drive for execution
3. Set up benchmarks and guide the team to achieve the same 
4. Lead the cross functional teams 
5. Very well conversant with various OEM standards in terms of dimensional quality 
6. Understand the product design and manufacturing aspects in the Automotive domain 
7. To Provide technical inputs to Product design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Plant quality teams in order to improve the dimensional quality of vehicle .

 BE Mech/ Produstion /Automobile

1. Proven track record of Improving Dimensional quality of new vehicles launches 

   Must have worked on the complete vehicle programs 

   Should have very good understanding of vehicle development process
