Mandatory Requirements

• Experience managing technical delivery initiatives.
• Experience working with Playwright-based automation programs or implementations.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to understand and effectively discuss technical topics with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing automation-related initiatives, programs, or teams.
• Experience working with Playwright implementation projects or Playwright-based delivery teams.
• Experience managing stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Experience driving adoption of engineering or automation capabilities across multiple teams.
• Manage delivery of Playwright framework and related initiatives.
• Define and track roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across framework designers, automation engineers, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development activities.
• Facilitate framework adoption across project teams.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and operating processes are established and followed.
• Support planning and prioritization activities related to the Playwright capability.
