Mandatory Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on Playwright experience from production projects.
  • Strong TypeScript expertise.
  • Experience designing, enhancing, or maintaining Playwright frameworks.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams using a shared automation framework.
  • Strong understanding of framework scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and technical design reviews.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • 8–12 years of overall testing and automation experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Playwright experience in production environments.
  • Experience designing, enhancing, or owning Playwright automation frameworks.
  •  Experience supporting multiple teams using a common framework.
  • Experience reviewing framework architecture and implementation standards.
  • Own the technical architecture of the Playwright framework.
  • Define framework standards, implementation guidelines, and coding practices.
  • Design reusable framework components for adoption across multiple teams.
  • Review and approve framework-level changes.
  • Support teams in resolving complex automation and framework-related issues.
  • Conduct technical reviews and framework assessments.
  • Mentor Playwright Designers and Automation Engineers.
  • Ensure framework documentation and standards remain current.
