Essential skills

1. RPA Tool Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform:

UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate

• Ability to design, build, and deploy automation workflows.

2. Programming & Scripting Knowledge

• Understanding of at least one programming/scripting language such as:

C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript

• Basic SQL skills for data access and manipulation.

3. Process Analysis & Design

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Proficiency in creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Strong understanding of workflow logic, exception handling, and error management.

4. System & Application Knowledge

• Experience integrating automation with web, desktop, Excel, email, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Familiarity with APIs and data formats (JSON, XML).

5. Testing & Deployment

• Ability to perform unit testing, UAT support, and manage bot deployment to production.
• Understanding of version control (Git, SVN) and CI/CD principles.

• API Beginner Learning Path Certification, Advance Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism & Python for Data Science, AI & development
