Digital Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to own and drive the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of digital technology projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong delivery leadership, technology understanding, stakeholder management, and business acumen, with the ability to manage complex multi-service engagements across Application Development, Data, AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Cloud.

The role requires someone who can operate effectively at both the strategic and execution levels—ensuring predictable delivery, managing risks and dependencies, driving customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and enabling AI-led transformation across the software development lifecycle.

1. Portfolio & Delivery Management

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, budget, and customer expectations.
• Establish delivery governance, operating cadence, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms across projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams and multiple delivery streams, including distributed and offshore/onshore teams.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
• Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, utilization, and talent alignment across the portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, productivity, quality, and engineering practices.

2. Agile & AI-Enabled Delivery

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Experience in POD-based delivery models, with the ability to structure and manage cross-functional engineering PODs.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled SDLC and modern software engineering practices.
• Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI, AI-assisted development, automation, and intelligent engineering tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery velocity.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, cloud-native development, and engineering automation.

3. Technology & Change Management

• Possess sufficient technical depth to review proposed Change Requests, assess technical and delivery impact, and challenge estimates where required.
• Evaluate impact of changes on architecture, scope, effort, timelines, dependencies, resources, cost, and quality.
• Work closely with architects, engineering leads, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure technically sound delivery decisions.
• Understand modern technology landscapes spanning Application Development, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.

4. Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as a senior point of contact for customers and business stakeholders across the delivery portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with CXO, business, technology, product, and program-level stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise communication on delivery status, risks, financials, dependencies, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage escalations effectively and drive issues to resolution.
• Build customer confidence through predictable delivery, transparency, and proactive communication.

5. Business Growth & Account Expansion

• Identify and drive business growth opportunities within existing engagements and accounts.
• Understand customer business priorities and translate them into technology and transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and technology teams to identify opportunities for new services, projects, and account expansion.
• Experience managing or contributing to multi-service engagements involving Application Development, Data, AI, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Support proposals, solution discussions, RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and customer presentations when required.

6. Multi-Domain & Multi-Service Experience

• Experience working across multiple technology services and complex enterprise environments.
• Exposure to multiple business domains is highly desirable, particularly BFSI and Enterprise environments.
• Ability to quickly understand different business contexts, operating models, and technology landscapes.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects/programs as a portfolio with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery and POD-based delivery models.
• Understanding and practical experience with AI-enabled SDLC / AI-assisted software engineering.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage with architects and engineering teams and review technical proposals and Change Requests.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in customer management and account growth.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, financial management, resource management, quality, and risk management.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.

• Experience across multiple domains such as BFSI, Enterprise, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom.
• Experience managing large or complex digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience driving GenAI adoption within engineering and delivery organizations.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, and account expansion.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master/Product Owner, or ITIL are an advantage.

• 15–17 years of overall experience in software/technology delivery.
