Looking for Powertrain Validation Leader
B.E / B.Tech Mechanical / Automobile
1. Prepare optimized validation plans (PVAL) with QCD focus.
2. Advise on milestone deliverables, analysis reports, and deviations.
3. Define and oversee validation test programs.
4. Manage test entities: engine/GB endurance, metrology, instrumention, characterization.
5. Pilot execution of validation tests and attend project meetings.
6. Analyze failures and validate corrective actions with design/application engineers.
7. Apply knowledge of materials, fuel properties, and their performance impacts for mono/bifuel solutions.
1. Negotiate with suppliers for specific tests/calculations.
2. Collabrate with upstream/business units to align validation plans.
3. Capitalize on past project optimizations for generic validation plans.
4. Deliver EQM milestone reports as per project timelines.
5. Manage prototypes, approve test plans, and optimize costs.
6.Coordinate with digital simulations teams and experts.
7. Lead QCD reduction studies and execute project-based improvements.
7 to 10 years relevant (ICE / Alternate fuel), Bifuel (Gasoline + CNG).
